Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account, all player profiles, and all game history from our servers. Anonymous accounts are deleted the same way. If you can’t access the app for any reason, email us at trivaiapp@proton.me and we will action the deletion manually. Backups containing your data roll over within BACKUP_RETENTION_DAYS days of the deletion request, after which no copy remains.
How do I report a problem?
Email trivaiapp@proton.me with a short description, the date and time it happened, and (where it makes sense) the topic you were trying to play. Screenshots help.
Where do I see my Terms of Service?
The Terms of Service are linked from the app’s Settings screen and are also published on this site at /terms.html. The Privacy Policy is at /privacy.html.
How do I export my data?
Email trivaiapp@proton.me from the address associated with your account (or include your account identifier from Settings → About). We’ll send a machine-readable export within 30 days, in line with the Privacy Policy.
